The 7th Open Government Partnership Global Summit is to be hosted on Dec 15th ~ 17th.
As part of the Summit, the OECD Korea Policy Centre and OECD host joint sessions on
1) Communication as listening: Emerging practices to understand citizens and design responsive public communication
