Communication : Government mes-

Professor Rogers will share insights on how govern-
ments can effectively communicate to increase pub-
lic compliance with limits on personal movement (e.g.
stay at home orders, quarantine, social distancing). She
will explain her experience with the Behaviour Change
Wheel (BCW) framework to improve adherence to so-
cial distancing and shielding through education, per-
suasion, incentives, and coercion.
